Carol, a Chartered Accountant spent over 20 years in the global corporate world operating in senior positions, managing global teams and transforming businesses. The entrepreneurial flair appeared as Carol commenced building her property portfolio whilst still on the corporate path.

In 2015, she experienced a tragic event that became the catalyst to quit her job and leverage her property, pension and investments to achieve Financial Independence and a lifestyle of choice.

Carol has now built a development and construction company, sits on investor committees and has a multi-million pound, multi-faceted and multi-regional property portfolio. Her most rewarding venture is as a qualified enterprise mentor helping others build their very own wealth business.

Manish Kataria is a CFA-qualified professional investor with 18 years experience in fund management and UK property investment. He has been a fund manager with JPMorgan and other blue chip investment houses. Within property, he invests in and owns a range of assets including developments, HMOs, Buy to Let's and serviced accommodation. He is also the Founder of InvestLikeAPro which is a network of investors co-investing into Secured Property Loans.

Jon joined WealthBuilders as a founder member. This helped him to focus and get to his financial goals. While financial goals are important to him, he bases his wealth not only on income but also on time. He wants to spend more time with his family after several life events made him realise that getting a job wasn’t for him, which helped to shape his wealth journey.

He continues with wealth creation for his family to leave a legacy of wealth and knowledge for his children and their children and generations to come. Throughout his last five years of a 25 year career as a management consultant, Toby invested in property, and has since acquired over 50 rental units. He initially focused on HMOs, before branching out into social housing, blocks of flats, and commercial to residential conversions, financed via SSAS pensions. He then set up other businesses, including providing management consultancy services, property sourcing, private equity investing, business training, and coaching.  He is passionate about helping other people achieve financial freedom as they transition from employee to business owner.
