Their income is generated from a job rather than from assets. You will never achieve true wealth by working for somebody else. In order to create wealth you must begin to think like an entrepreneur. You must be in control of the different ways that income flows into your life. There is no security in a job. Real security comes from knowing that no matter what happens, you are not relying on just one source of income.

Because of the restraints of a job or from being self-employed, they never have enough 'time'. It's this lack of time that stops people from seeing the alternatives. If you want to build wealth you have to make time to focus on it.

They don't know what to do first. They don't know where to start. There's just too much information out there, much of it conflicting and confusing, and too many people offering something which can be hard to evaluate whether it's genuine or not. This can lead to overwhelm and confusion ...and the result is to take no action at all.

WealthBuilding is an easily learned science because there are only seven assets that contribute to the process. Let's take a closer look at them...
PILLAR 1: HOME CAPACITY
Is your home putting money into your pocket every month, or taking money out? We can share with you a unique, seven-step strategy to show you how you can eliminate your mortgage and consumer debt quickly, and build up your equity as rapidly as possible.
PILLAR 2: PENSIONS
The greatest untapped source of cash flow? Pension reforms have made it easier for you to take control and ownership of your own pension fund. Until these changes, you had little control either over how the fund was invested or over how you could take out your money on retirement.
PILLAR 3: INVESTMENTS

You're creating and capturing your own intellect and you're packaging it and repurposing it in a way that allows you to sell it. You create it once and get paid forever. If you're currently being paid for work that you do, you'll have Intellectual Property that you are undervaluing.
PILLAR 7: JOINT VENTURES

Part of the problem is that I’ve been trying to build a Parthenon on quicksand.
